Valerian with Passion Flower, where to purchase?

Valerian with Passion Flower, where to purchase?
Hi, I've been getting a bit of anxiety while I'm driving. It's recently started up and don't know exactly why. Anyway, where would be a good place to purchase Valerian with Passion Flower? I've been to Walgreens and CVS but they only have Valerian. I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for something either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

long but a wealth of info to help you..actually a lot of people do not know this stuff

1. form to take herbs in
*****************************
first be aware that herbs in capsules are pretty much useless. You want the herbs in the form of a tincture or at least a tea as powdered herbs in capsules are very difficult to absorb.
Teas are much better but inconvenient..if making a tea, always use distilled water as it is empty and pulls more of the phytochemicals that cure and prevent disease out of the herb
The best form is an herbal tincture..it goes right to the bloodstream and the menstrum (usually vodka 80 proof) extracts far more of the chemicals you want from the herb

2. What kind of herbs to take
**************************************…
most conventional herbs are garbage as they buy the herbs from countries where they can be picked for pennies a day–often these countries do things like use DDT or fertilize with human feces and so forth..even if they are grown organically they are sprayed when entering the country
Often herb companies will spend more money on a catchy label than what is inside the bottle. They also dilute the herbs too much to help a lot of the time
So you want to use primarily organic or wildcrafted herbs (those picked in the "wilds" or their natural habitat be it the woods or field etc
Organic/wildcrafted herbs contain 7-10 times more pytochemicals that cure and prevent diseases than conventional herbs..plus when herbs are powdered they are often burnt messing up their properties.

where do you get the herbs?
***********************************
go the bulk herb section of your local health health food store or search online for bulk herbs
Sometimes you only need an ounce and you can get for a dollar or two
Also you can use fresh herbs you pick if you are sure you have the right plant

why tinctures?
**************************************…
in addition to having the alcohol extract far more phytochemicals/nutrients than from teas, the tincture goes right to the bloodstream bypassing poor digestive systems.

anything you make yourself will be stronger and better than most of the stuff at the store
I often save 90% of the cost by making them myself..they last up to 100 years whereas dried herbs lose potency after one year
they are very easy to make

go to the answer I just gave here and read it (the long one).
It will tell you step by step how to make a tincture..you will save tons of money and get a better, more effective product
Since Valerian often tastes bad, you might want to use one of the taste hints I wrote or chase with juice or tea with honey or something..maybe a tea that also helps stress like lemon balm, chamomile or another stress busting tea.
Go here and read how to make tinctures yourself
do not get herbs at drug stores and discount stores but health food stores..if buying tinctures, I feel herbpharm is a good brand

also supplements at the health food store are better than these generally as they use natural ingredients.
Instead of vitamins and minerals, take herbdoc.com's superfood for much better results
also look into kava kava for anxiety
